Secure Key FOB for Medical Carts and Data Analytics UI
Project Overview
The client supplies secure rolling carts to hospitals and other types of medical centers. They came to us to add a key FOB feature to their current product so staff could easily assess secure drawers in the cart.
Concept
In addition to needing a key FOB, the client did not have a cloud platform with which to manage devices in the field, maintain inventory in and out of multiple carts, and the data on who accessed them.
Solution
We developed and deployed a custom cloud API based on our own custom development backend called Simmsee. It allows the client’s devices to communicate to and store data from all carts in use. We also designed the front-end Portal to view data, charts and to set up new users.
Results
We are working through the paces of timelines, budgets, and testing to help them take their product from development to production, and sales.
